“BIH saved my life. There was never a time when staff was not available to talk, even at 2 a.m. when I could not sleep and just needed to sit with someone. If you need a safe and compassionate place to start your recovery process, this is the place.”
“BIH made a very difficult situation for me and my family much safer and less scary. When it came time to discharge, the staff worked with me to find the next level of care that was just right for me.”
Substance Addiction and Mental Health Specialists
We specialize in helping individuals and families heal from addiction to a full range of substances and traumas
Day Treatment (PHP)
20+ hours per week
Day treatment, also know as partial hospitalization program (PHP), provides the highest level of care available in an outpatient setting. Clients meet for 20+ hours each week.
The purpose of Day Treatment is to help a client gradually transition from an intensive residential treatment environment to a less structured level of care.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
10 hours per week
Our flexible IOP program supports long-term recovery while allowing balance for the demands of school, work, and family with 10 hours per week of services.
IOP is designed to help patients with a Substance Abuse Disorder as well as mental health issues.
Our Outpatient Program is a good option for patients who are motivated to become sober, but need a program that can work around their schedule.
We focus on counseling, education, and providing a network of support for patients as they continue on their journey.
Counseling & Mentoring
We know that not all participants will be struggling with or without substance use disorders.
We believe that discovering a compassionate relationship with yourself and building emotional regulation skills, followed by community immersion, are the keys to creating a compelling vision for your future.
