Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Support for Long-Term Recovery

Boulder Integrated Health offers both morning and evening IOP groups

Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for you to maintain work, school, and family obligations while pursuing your recovery.

The program is 90 days long, and includes approximately 10 hours per week of services. Clients meet 3 times per week for 3 hours in group therapy and receive at minimum one hour of individual therapy each week.

This flexible treatment program supports individuals in long-term recovery, while allowing balance for the demands of school, work, and family.

IOP is designed to help clients with a Substance Abuse Disorder (SUD) as well as mental health challenges.

The program includes the following:

  • Three weekly three-hour group therapy sessions
  • One-hour a week of individual therapy
  • Medical monitoring and management
  • Community engagement
  • As in all our programs, our team caters to clients’ individual needs and creates an approach tailored for them.
