Our first step is an initial phone interview to understand the prospective client’s medical state and substance abuse condition and/or mental health. Our team is understanding, friendly and is always here to help.
We listen carefully and answer any questions clients or their families may have. We explain what programs may suit them best. We discuss programs, services, available resources, and next steps. We understand insurance details, and are happy to discuss coverage options.
We are fully transparent and seek to answer your questions and concerns clearly. Our team will make clear what your insurance covers and what you are personally responsible for.
